One on One Training
One session is 50 minutes in length and involves the full Pilates Method utilizing both mat and apparatus exercises.

Small Group Sessions
On occasion, we do offer small group sessions (4 participants) of like-level. These groups either form organically with current clients or by request for groups of friends, clubs, etc. Sessions are 50 minutes and involve the full Pilates Method utilizing both mat and apparatus exercises. We offer specialized series, such as Pilates for Men, Pilates/Walking class, Introduction to Pilates. These sessions are designed in a monthly series. For current class schedules and information Contact the studio.
Independent session rate applies. (One session is one hour in length). For the advanced student. Teacher permission required. Studio availability required. Please contact the studio for rates at 410.897.0550.

Small Groups Sessions (4 participants): $35.00 per session $190.00 per 6-week session
We accept cash, check or credit card. We offer an online payment and scheduling options through Mind Body Online. We are happy to assist in scheduling via phone or email. To do so, Contact the studio. We cannot answer the phone during sessions but will always return all calls.
We offer the following discounts for active members of the military and first responders: 10% discount on single session rates, 5% discount on packages.
