EPA Mobile was developed as an additional format to keep Pilates going in your life, designed for complete convenience. EPA Mobile is not a replacement for regular sessions with a teacher, rather it was created to help you practice outside of sessions so you can get the most in sessions. 

WHAT IS EPA MOBILE?

EPA Mobile is a collection of pre-recorded video workouts and tutorials taught by one of our talented and highly trained & experienced teachers guiding you through the workout. This includes exercise names, repetitions, and cues, keeping you on track and motivated through your self-practice. With this added self-practice feature, you will get the most out of your in-studio and online sessions with your teacher. This also assists in developing regular practice habits. The videos are specified by level and offer variety. Each month, new videos will be added to the library. 

NEW TO PILATES?

EPA Mobile is not the starting point for someone who is new to Pilates. If that's you, please contact us to schedule introductory sessions via in-studio sessions or online sessions. Following this, you may enjoy the EPA Mobile options.

This workout is short and sweet. A true break from sitting/computer time and stress. Created to be used on a non-mat surface (though using a Pilates mat is always preferred). This workout can double as an option to use for travel.
