Pilates for Teen Athletes
Through the 4-week series, participants will increase body and postural awareness, increase strength specifically developing core muscular integration,and increase flexibility. Participants will learn how to apply the Pilates Method fundamentals to other activities and sports they are involved with for sports performance improvement and injury prevention.
- Grades 9 and up
- Attendance is mandatory for first class
- Class size limited to 4 for individual attention
- There are minimum and maximum enrollment requirements
- No refunds, make-ups or transfers
