It is best to review available scheduling over the telephone so we can accommodate your availability. We return all calls and emails within 24 hours and look forward to assisting you in designing a Pilates schedule specific for your goals. Please arrive to your session a few minutes early to complete introductory forms. For One on One Training, please download and fill out a client information form prior to your first appointment to help us better meet your goals. If you need directions, you can refer to the map and directions, or call ahead for clarification and with any other questions.
We accept cash or check only at the studio. We do offer 10-cards for your convenience. And we do offer credit card payment options via the website through Mindbody Online, see our Session Types and Rates page. Pre-payment is required for first sessions.
(One on One, Duet, Trio, Small Group Sessions & Specialized Classes)
All sessions are scheduled by appointment. A minimum of 24 hour notice from session time is required for cancellation regardless of reason, less than 24 hours and payment for session is required. Clients with a standing (or non-standing) appointment with inconsistent attendance may result in the loss of that standing time slot (or scheduled session) regardless of 24 hour notice. One on one, duet, trio and small group sessions are 50 minutes in length from the scheduled appointment time. If clients are tardy, the full session fee will be applied and client will receive the remainder of scheduled session time only. If a client is more than 10 minutes late to a duet session, trio or small group session, it is teacher's discretion if participation is permitted or if client should observe. If a client is more than 20 minutes late to a one on one session, it is teacher's discretion if participation is permitted due to the interruption of a traditional session time allotment. The decision is based on safety for all clients in the session. Clients with a standing (or non-standing) appointment with consistent tardiness may result in the loss of that standing time slot (or scheduled session) and will be asked to find a time they can attend promptly.
Ten (10) session cards are valid for three months from date of purchase. Unused balances of 10 session cards can be refunded or transferred before the expiration date. The used portion will convert to a single class rate and the balance will be refunded (less a 3% processing fee for all cards purchased via credit card). 10 session cards must be used within 12 weeks of purchase. Unused account balances are available for three months from date of purchase and may be refunded prior to expiration, less a 3% processing fee for all purchases made via credit card.
Inclement Weather Policy
If Anne Arundel County Public Schools are closed due to weather conditions, the studio is closed, not to exceed 48 hours.
We will follow the Anne Arundel County Public Schools opening/closing for 48 hours from a weather event, after 48 hours we will be open/closed under studio discretion.
In the case of a 2-hour delay for Anne Arundel County Public Schools, due to inclement weather, sessions scheduled prior to 11:15 a.m. will be rescheduled. Sessions scheduled for 11:15 a.m. or later will be held as scheduled.
In the case of an early dismissal for Anne Arundel County Public Schools, due to inclement weather, sessions scheduled for 1:00 p.m. or later will be rescheduled. Sessions scheduled prior to 1:00 p.m. will be held as scheduled.
If a weather event occurs in the evening or on Saturdays, call the studio to find out if we are open, we will not be following the schools.
There are times when the Anne Arundel County Schools have a scheduled closing outside of weather related reasons, in which case, contact the studio to see if we are open.
There are times when the Anne Arundel County Public Schools close due to weather conditions, or operate under a delay or early dismissal, but our teachers are available to teach. In such a case, you will receive an email to discuss this option.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE STUDIO WHILE I WORKOUT?
Part of our commitment to every Excel Pilates Annapolis client is to provide a supportive atmosphere in which clients may grow, learn, and be guided towards a fitter lifestyle. Our facility does not have the ability to provide child care. Our reception area is reserved for clients pre-post session and is not adequate in size nor staffed for unattended children. It is not safe to have children in the studio area. Therefore we request clients do not bring children to the studio. It is not appropriate to bring children who are home sick to the studio.
